Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We have implemented a clear and simple return policy so you can shop with confidence.

⏳ Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an item.

✅ Conditions for Return Acceptance

To be accepted, the returned item must:

• Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed)
• Have all its tags attached
• Be in its original packaging if possible

❌ Non-Refundable Items

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Personalized jerseys (flocking name, number, or patch)
• Items purchased during special non-refundable promotions (mentioned on the product page)

📦 Return Procedure

1. Contact us by email at xlivegaming08@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm receipt and provide you with the return address.
3. Return the item at your expense via a tracked carrier.
4. Upon receipt and verification, we will process your refund.

💰 Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as that used for the original order.
